Early check-in got a room on the 8th floor where the key was broken until we moved rooms. Early entry to the oily room floor. Near the door the bathroom floor was very slippery and had slipped a few times. Wanting to sleep, the bathroom door was suddenly locked, we asked the receptionist for help, it turned out that until almost morning we had not been visited and we had to go to the receptionist again because there were no telephone facilities in the room, and WA could not be contacted. The pool was closed because it wanted to be cleaned but up to 2 days of stay, still not and the water was green. In the end, they still swam because the kids were fussy and asked to swim. Can't watch TV because the signal is lost, said the officer, it was repaired but still can't. Apart from that all the service is good

Akomodasi yang recommended, lokasi yang strategis dekat dengan bandara, pantai, dan mall. Staff pelayanan yang ramah dan informatif, kamar bersih dan nyaman, makanan yang enak dan variatif setiap harinya. Tempat menginap yang ramah anak dan keluarga, sedikit saran mungkin ke depannya ada space untuk tempat permainan anaknya.

Saya suka nginap di sini, kamar bersih, pelayanan cepat, staff sangat membantu terutama pesan taksi bandara jam 5 pagi dan disediakan breakfast box. Sangat direkomendasi. Masukan kecil, di kamar mandi sebaiknya dipasangin tirai agar air percikan mandi tidak membasahi area bawah wastafel. Overall oke 👍👌.

Kamar nomor 114 tempat kami bermalam selama 3h, berbau tidak sedap yaitu bau pembuangan kotoran, kami telah memberitahu kepada petugas tetapi tidak diindahkan, selain itu kami telah booked di bulan November via agent dengan permintaan di lantai atas bukan dasar ataupun lantai 1, tetapi diberikan lantai 1 benar-benar management tidak komitmen. Di luar jendela teras banyak puntung rokoknya teriihat mengganggu. Kecewa dengan Horison yang kami pikir hotel capable ternyata jauh dalam prediksi kami. Mohon di follow up atas kekecewaan kami.🙏.
