Always been my favorite when I visit the city, the bed is so comfy and the view from the room with it ' s panoramic window is great. Just please improve your banquet during high occupancy, the plates and glasses were empty several times during breakfast.

Sepertinya untuk liburan keluarga kurang ya. Krn pesan makanan, naik turun barang, semua harus self service. Kami check in 7 orang dari bandung. Kebayang sdh capek dan perjalanan 6 jam, dan semua harus self service. Sdgkan harga yg ditawarkan cukup tinggi kalau menurut saya. Sama dengan hotel sebelah. Maaf ini hanya masukan dari saya. Selebihnya tidak ada masalah.

The second time to stay here for transit while MUDIK. The reason are the location near Simpang Lima and gas station, breakfast is started at 5.30 am with many variation, and the staff also helpful and kindly.

Pros: good location, clean, sufficient amenities. Cons: no porter, food was okay-ish, restaurant closed at 10 pm (we checked in after 7 hour-drive at 11 pm and had to order foods online for dinner).

The hotel is located on a very strategic location. 1 minute walk to Simpang Lima. All the staffs were nice and helpful. The room was small but comfortable. We were given torn towels, but we were too tired to ask for replacement. Thank God they replace the towels with clean and white towels the next day. The rooms were not really sound proof, we can hear the conversation from the rooms next door. Convenience for short stay.

I was check-in to this hotel late at night and asked for sudden room changes but the receptionist was nice and friendly, he managed to provide what I need in such a short period of time. And when I entered the room; I love the fresh smell of the room made me felt like I am at home.
