Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Check in process very quick less than 5 minutes with quick response for what I need during my stay with family. They have a kids club near swimming pool and my kid loved to play there while my wife enjoyed spa session which located next to kids club. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

I had a great experiences when I stay in Mercure. All the staff even manager was very helpful, friendly the staff always smile and about the hotel very clean, it has complete facilities. I will return to grand Mercure setiabudi for the next holiday because we love stay here.

Love this hotel. Perfect for family with kids/baby. They have warm water kids and baby pool (only 30cm) and also indoor playground. I stayed for 3 nights, 2 of them had a great breakfast. This hotel also close to our holiday destination such as farmhouse, floating market and 3D museum. I stayed in deluxe with balcony pool view, highly recommended. Definitely will go back again

The staff is okay, asking for additional sandals is served, asking for fish food is served, picking up leftover items after checking out is served selflessly. The hotel facilities are kids friendly, there is a PS 3, ping pong playground, a slightly warm children's pool.

Went with family and relatives on vacation from the USA. Booked 4 rooms, given an upgrade to rooms on the same floor with a connecting balcony so we could chat together, thank you for thinking about this from the management. A little input so that the restaurant staff can be added to the personnel if it is the weekend or crowded with guests.

Hotel Grand Mercure Bandung is a hotel that we think is very clean, spacious, cool air, a comfortable and pleasant place for a family vacation. The swimming pool is also warm so that it adds to our comfort when doing swimming activities in the afternoon or evening. Really want to repeat the vacation at the Grand Mercure Setiabudi Bandung hotel. Our suggestion may need to be improved again regarding the taste of the food provided. The taste of the cappuccino is also lacking. Keep up the spirit to step forward better.

It's good overall, but some of it is really bad. The bathroom looked clean but then we found a lot of hair loss above the shower drain. This is not acceptable. The free TV had no signal, so we had to use pay TV. Wifi didn't work for laptops while it was OK for cellphones. We need to use the LAN cable but the signal is still not good.

When on business in Bandung, I chose Grand Mercure Setiabudi. The staff were friendly from check in to check out. The food and cleanliness standards were also very good. The basement parking area is spacious. The motorbike parking area is a bit at the end but overall it is okay and safe. Very good deals in my opinion.
