Pros: the staff was very welcoming. Check in was convenient. Parking area was not that complicated due to organized system. Cons: breakfast buffet had few selections and taste was so-so. Bathroom was cleaned except for the sink and toilet- you can see fibers floating in the toilet. Overall stay was good and comfortable but please take note of the areas that need to be improved. Thank you.

For the price, staying here is very worth the price. Beds are comfortable, location is very close to Malioboro, AC and water heater works well, staffs are friendly. Unfortunately I can't rate the food because my reservation did not include breakfast. Some things that can be improved: 1) Improve internet speed. 2) put a separator for the shower area (probably with glass panels or with shower curtain).
