For 2 days we stayed at this hotel with 2 rooms. When we first entered the room, no towels were provided. After we contacted CS, towels were delivered to the room. Pillow cases, sheets, and blankets had to be changed. The color that should have been white had turned into a dull brownish yellow, many ants, spiders and their nests were found everywhere, the cleanliness of the bathroom was also very lacking: the toilet and sink were yellow and crusty. The CS officers were also not very friendly.

Old hotel but still looks good.
Unfortunately the room AC is not cold enough.
The pillows that are already yellowish brown should be replaced if possible and the wall paper that is peeling off needs to be rejuvenated.

The check-in process was very fast. There were no reservation constraints. The room was also very comfortable to rest. Utilities in the bathroom were complete. The hot water also worked well so you could take a relaxing bath. There is a direction of Qibla in each room and prayer mats are also provided (cool). There is also a dedicated prayer room in the hotel. The internet is okay, but private internet is faster.

1. Old hotel needs major renovation because it is stuffy and lacks open space
2. The bathroom floor is really slippery, be careful for those who bring old people and children
3. The lighting in the room is dim, the room is old, needs to be renovated, the mattress is no longer soft and worn out, the sheets and blankets are dull
