I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I booked for 2 nights and the receptionists were very accommodating and pleasant. The security guards were very helpful as well especially when it was raining one time, they assisted carefully with umbrellas. I appreciate the service plus the cleanliness of the room. Amenities were complete including a hair blower which was very convenient. One comment for improvement though, food especially drinks from their restaurant should be improved. The lemon grass tea I ordered was very sweet and very pricey, I think. Anyways, I think overall, I had a great experience and they have Netflix as well btw. So, worth it. The price was also not very high considering it's close to the center of Jakarta.

Overall OK banget, sudah smart TV juga. AC super dingin. Cuma kurang di wastafel & jet shower nya yg kluar airnya kecil banget. Tp shower mandinya sudah pas 👍🏻.

Very comfy to stay alone in the room since there's a smart TV, kind of sad that last night the Netflix account was used with many others but I'm glad I can still switch to YouTube. The room is spacious, same as the bathroom. The warm water works so well, I feel blessed haha. I would definitely recommended this hotel and might comeback again if I ever visit West Jakarta again.

Even though the room size is not big, it is very clean, the AC and hot water also work well, very comfortable, all the staff and employees are very friendly, both towards us and the children. Delicious food and strategic location close to Taman Anggrek Mall. The check in and check out process is very fast. Recommended 👍.

I had a pleasant stay, the food was delicious and it was quite quiet so you could enjoy eating while watching. Unfortunately one socket didn't work (near the mattress), and in my opinion the roller blind didn't cover the entire window all the way to the bottom (when it was pulled to cover the window all the way down, it was stuck).
