The staff was really kind and helpful, they always stand by to greet us and open the door when we come in and out the hotel even it was already 11pm. The staff who was responsible on WhatsApp also very nice, helpful and fulfil my need. The location was really great because located in front of GOR Satria where there are so many street food, local restaurant and coffee shop are around the hotel. The Deluxe room was so so. There was a problem with the air conditioner. We couldn't turn on the aircon if we didn't set up from the centre of the aircon/press the button on the aircon machine. I hope the hotel can solve this matter before my next stay on August 2024 with the different type of room (We booked already for Suite Room) I didn't try the breakfast since I prefer to enjoy the food street around the hotel. Overall was good! We will back on August and see you again 👍

Pertama kali ke purwokerto, first impression lgsung puas krn hotelnya nyaman bgt, bersih, harum, petugasnya super ramah, saur/breakfast nya juara lengkap dan enakk semuaa 🫠 kasih bintang 5 pokoknya 👍.

Lokasinya dekat dengan kantor pemerintahan dan tempat olahraga, depan hotel banyak penjul makanan dan minuman, I like this place.

Cons: 1. The bathroom was dirty, the tile in the bathroom seems it hasn't been cleaned properly as it's quite slippery and stained on the floor (Unfortunately I have no photos to prove it) 2. AC were noisy even though you already changed the settings. 3. They charge the guest extra IDR 50,000 for extra towel. 4. There are no wardrobe or cabinets in the room nor the bathroom so your belongings will just sitting on the floor. 5. Not many options on breakfast. 6. We were arrived at the hotel around 11pm and were really knackered so you want to have a good sleep after long drive but at 7am I heard noise from outside our window and the welder was doing welding with really loud noise so avoided to stay there at the moment as they renovated the meeting room on the 2nd floor and the workers has started from 7am to 8pm. And we have only been informed after check in so I didn't know earlier and just excepted as it was late at night so we have no choice. Pro: 1. Location were in the middle of the city and so many eateries place. 2. Hotel management quite quick responding to our complaints and let us shortened our holiday and refund some amount of money to me in 2 days.
