The room is big and really clean. Wifi was working well. Fyi, the front desk only opens until 10pm (the employee let us know about this). We enjoyed our time staying in this hotel.

Room are clean, looks like brand new, smell good, air conditioner perfect, water heater is working perfectly too! Last but not least warmly greeted by all officer there from front office to Housekeeping everybody just vibing very nicely! With reasonable price and quality of room would definitely comeback.

The hotel is suitable enough for a short stay. The staff were kind, but the ambiance a little bit noisy, I could barely take a nap since I heard noise from either the staff giggling out loud or the guests were running over the stairs. Welcome drinks and snacks are free and unlimited (as long as it 's still available). I was a bit disappointed with the bedsheet and bedcover since it 's slightly damp (in my opinion). I hope there will be an exhaust fan in the bathroom, to prevent bad smell from circulating around the bedroom. Overall good. The plus is, there is a Porridge Shop exactly in front of the hotel, which open early in the morning till drop.

Very good for short stay or transit before getting picked up by our guide with sail trip the next morning. Have common area with free coffee and snacks. You can borrow motor bike 70k (bike only) at the reception too.

As a seasoned traveler, I must say that my recent stay at the hotel in Labuan Bajo was extremely disappointing. The first thing that struck me was the absence of basic amenities, such as shampoo and tissues. I was surprised to find out that they didn't provide any shampoo in the room, and the soap they provided was a low-quality bar soap that hardly lathered up. Furthermore, the towels were hard and rough to the touch, which made my skin feel uncomfortable after a shower. When I asked for shampoo, I was told that I had to buy it from them at an exorbitant price. This made me feel like the hotel was only interested in making money rather than providing a comfortable experience for its guests. The lack of attention to detail in the room was also apparent. The overall cleanliness of the room was below average, with dust on the furniture and the floor. I even found a couple of strands of hair in the bed, which was not a pleasant experience. To sum it up, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Labuan Bajo. The lack of basic amenities, poor quality soap, rough towels, and below-average cleanliness were just too much to ignore. If you're looking for a comfortable stay in the area, I suggest you look elsewhere.
