Great customer service by the students (Fillah, Fery, Alexa & Tia) who run the hotel operation (Reservation/FO, F&B, and House Keeping). We were delighted and happy during our overnight stay due to the willingness and hard work from the students to provide the best service for the guests. Just cleanliness of the room needs lots of improvement also the equipment in the room need replacement as they are old, dirty and broken. Overall, we had a nice overnight stay and even made friends with those students who served us. One thing I suggest to the Hotel Manager/teachers to provide a basic and thorough education and supervise the students during their work experience so they can do their job properly especially in the housekeeping and maintenance department. I wish all the students the best and good luck with their study.

their AC is not working well, not cool enough. we ask for more pillow, they said ok wait a moment, but after waiting so long, no response. when we call back, they said they don't have any spare pillow. I think it is not worthed for IDR 350,000 but we don't have any nice hotel in situbondo😑

Nice hotel, friendly not professional staff. Breakfast on the room only, and only suitable for non-western guest. Hot water not available But for this price acceptable.

the picture of the hotel looks like 3 or more floors, but the fact is..the hotel is a two-floor building.and all the rooms are at the 1st floor. It's in the same yard of a high school 😁 since it is a part of the school.but however, the facilities r good.the rooms are cozy. I and my team were on a business travel. We slept well there anyway 😊

Everything was great: clean, comfort, spacious room and parking area. Except our room got a problem with the hot water that stops working after a minute being used.
