My experience of staying here was pleasant. The price is quite affordable. The facilities are quite complete. Plus can have breakfast too. Close to the city center. The staff is also friendly.

Actually, the comfortable room has an Android TV, so you can Netflix. But cleanliness is not well taken care of, such as stains on the mattress and pillows. Also, the bathroom is not clean and well maintained. Not all rooms have cold AC, please check again

Alhamdulillah. Found a tight accommodation. So no worries. It's just a shame the blanket is not suitable for use, thin and small. The direction of the Qibla is not marked in the room. Hopefully there will be improvements in the future and I won't be discouraged from staying here.

The bed cover looks like it hasn't been washed, it looks like there are white stains or what, and the towels have lots of stains, why is it that price? But it would be better if the cleanliness of the bed is a priority, sorry, I'm saying this for improvement..even though it's already good looking for that price

The room is a bit dirty, please improve it, the most annoying thing is the staff who guard the night, at half past 2 in the morning someone knocked on the wrong room, the receptionist said there were two with the same name, the question was the guest didn't know the full name and didn't have the number concerned, sorry the person who knocked on the door at night was a woman in shorts, so I became suspicious, is this really a sharia hotel?

The staff is not very friendly, no smiles at all, the sheets are full of stains, the pillows smell.. I already paid but didn't stay because it wasn't comfortable at all.. It doesn't matter if the money isn't returned.. Hopefully in the future they will be better towards customers.

Comfortable staying here even though the place is a bit hard to find, because it is a bit inside a housing complex. The staff is very helpful especially for several times staying, the car was helped to park. The price is also affordable.
