Short vacation with kids but still comfortable
The atmosphere/facilities are in accordance with what is offered and are very suitable for a vacation with kids
The food is delicious and has many variations with snacks for kids
The staff are also very friendly, especially those guarding the swimming pool and the play area on the rooftop
Overall it's really good because the kids feel at home even though it's just in the hotel
The price is still okay considering the child-friendly facilities
The location is strategic, close to the station and Malioboro but not in an area prone to traffic jams

2nd time staying here (but still registering name)
The staff is really helpful, the service is amazingly cool, the BF is varied and delicious, the location is strategic. CI information is at 15.00 but at 14.30 you can already enter the room. The pool is OK, there is a playground for kids (only for paid trains and go-carts) it's a bit pricy, go-card 5 minutes 20k but the kids are happy

Actually, I've often stayed here, but yesterday there was a story that annoyed me. My husband and I were going out to Malioboro and my children were in the room with their older sibling and my children wanted to order food but it was made difficult even though I had already sent a message and paid when we arrived, but my children waited for more than an hour for the food to be delivered, as if they were really afraid of not getting paid. I was annoyed, there's no way we wouldn't pay, we didn't want to make it difficult, right?
