Guys, be careful Cozy Living ini trird partynya. Overall tempat menginapnya nyaman dan bersih. Sudah ada kompor dan rice cooker juga untuk masak-masak sederhana. Tapi, booking properti ini akan dialihkan ke Travelio yang sistemnya sangat-sangat tidak nyaman. Pertama, check in harus janjian dengan penjaga unit yang super sibuk. Jadi sangat gak direkomendasikan buat yang nginep untuk kegiatan bisnis, pasti akan terganggu banget nyocok-nyocokin jadwalnya. Kedua, saat check in depositonya Rp. 200.000 (hampir seharga hotel) dan dibalikan h+2 sampai h+5 (di hari kerja aja). Ini jelas lama banget. Tidak direkomendasikan untuk yang budgetnya pas-pasan. Ketiga, kita gak bisa complain langsung tentang properti. Kontakannya ke penjaga unit dan cs Travelio yang let say sering kali jawabnya gak nyambung. Bahkan, saya berkali-kali diarahkan untuk download apps agar uang deposit kembali. Beneran deh, ini bukan pengalaman yang baik.
