There's no lift. It's a bit troublesome because I got a room on the 3rd floor. There are 2 water taps for the shower. It turns out both cold water. 😔. The portal that remains closed to get to the hotel area makes it difficult for visitors who have never been there. Please improve the cleanliness of the towels given to guests.

Wifi ga konek, salah password mulu, udah bolak balik tanya yang jaga, tetep salah juga. Alhasil theatering dari hp selama nginep di sini. Ditambah kena charge 50k, iyasih ada noda tapi ga besar, kecil banget malah. Toh kan bakal di laundry juga. Ga ada pemasan air. Cuaca dingin ditambah mandi air dingin juga. Ada snack sama minuman tapi harus beli, minimal mineral water itu free lah. Tapi untuk kebersihannya bagus, kamarnya juga rapih.

1. Sarung bantal sepertinya tidak diganti kalau tidak kelihatan kotor banget, bayangin lo tidur ada bekas bercak iler orang. 2. Kurang kordinasi antar staff. Sempet booking untuk extend tapi ternyata salah tanggal, front office bilang bisa di refund. Jadi daripada ribet saya booking lagi untuk extend di hari tersebut, ternyata setelah check out booking extend saya yang pertama ga bisa direfund. WTF jangan nginep sini deh saran gue, mending cari homestay lain. Sangat merugikan dan mengecewakan, padahal dari pihak aplikasinya udah acc dan kasih form refund by email tapi pihak Cove nya ngeyel. Voucher h-6 ga bisa di refund gila lo aneh.
