I arrived on Oct 24th at 10 pm. As usual, I went to the front office and checked in. A few minutes later, I found my room and got in. The first thing I wanted to do was open my work for tomorrow on my laptop, but I couldn't find the socket around the table. I was confused cause they provided the room with an electric kettle on the table. I know there is a socket near the bed. But really? Only one? I called the front office and they suggested that I use the only one socket in the corner of the room while they searched for a solution. I said OK. But, after a few secs I felt that they could just say that and do nothing. So, I went to my friend's room and guess what? Her room is far better than mine. I decided to call the front desk and I want to move to another room. They said that they could give me an extension cord for the prior problem. I said that I wanted to move to another room and they answered that I needed to pay the charges and they would discuss first with the management. I said that I didn't want to pay cause I just arrived here and I hadn't touched anything yet. I don't get it, why they want to give me the extension cord after I want to move to another room instead of giving me that solution for the first time. And I didn't want to wait cause (again) they can just possibly do nothing. So, I brought my things to the front office which is so far. I put the room key on the table and I said I wanted to move to another room. They were confused and after I left the desk and sat, they made a phone call. I don't know who that is, but I think like “Well well, so you guys do nothing after my last call?”. So, if I wait for them, will I have enough rest for work tomorrow? After around 20 minutes, they gave me another room. The room is better and yeah I just accept it. Notes for the room: the table is dusty, so many ants, and no hangers for me:). I informed the front office of the hanger cause I didn't want to get into trouble later and requested the hanger for tomorrow when they do the room service. On Oct 25th after the meeting, I came to the room, and guess what? They didn't do the room service. FYI: my friend had asked the CS to do the room service for our room by text message.
