I booked a room with a bathtub but the toilet could not be used so I had to go to the bathroom below. Somewhat less dirty can only be cleaned 1 towel even though both of us. The room is big enough. Cooker and refrigerator can be used but there is no water to drink. It's a bit scary at night because it's dark and next to many empty houses. Renting a room like renting a house is very quiet.

I got there in the evening and it was quite hard to find the homestay. I called the number I got from Google for this homestay and got to talk to (I assumed) the owner. I was a little bit scared cos it was so quiet and dark and I was all alone. He was nice and happy to help. Patiently talking to me when I was all panic. He tried to figure out where I was (while I had no idea where I was!) and slowly showed me the way to get to the homestay. With all helps from this man I got to the homestay and could get rest! Really appreciate it! Many thanks!!

My sister who stayed at the guest house was scared after reading one of the reviews of the place. It wasn't scary at all, even though it's true that the house is at the end of the road and on the other side is a paddy field. The place was decent enough for the price. Unfortunately, the air conditioning on the upper room wasn't working great and no adequate blankets and bed sheets available. The water pressure on the upper bathroom was also not as good as it could be. Nevertheless, the value-for-money was acceptable. I would also like to appreciate the housekeeper, he was so helpful and quite friendly, helping us out when the other guests locked the house from the inside which we couldn't open.

Good service. Feels like home. Clean and friendly. Fast wifi. The facilities around are self-owned. Recommend for those looking for a cheap hotel in a backpacker class with these facilities.
