A guest house that will remind you of the nostalgic times when you went back to your hometown and stayed at your grandparents' house... the building and rooms are very dramatic.

Don't be fooled by the photos! The VIP room is narrow, the bathroom bathtub doesn't work. The atmosphere gives goosebumps. Moreover, the owner of the songong house. Guests don't seem to be considered, let alone their complaints.

Kinda regret it, booking here. There is no parking, fighting on the side of the road. The bedroom layout is neat, but the closet is dirty for a VIP category room. The access area in and out is crowded with food buyers on the ground floor. Not recommended for those who want a comfortable vacation. The presence of guests is also less noticed. We must be able to be independent in the area because there is very minimal service.

The cleanliness and facilities need to be improved, because it is integrated with the house, there should be a divider and it should be made more professional.

Lingkungan strategis, air kamar mandi sangat baik untuk air panasnya oke, makanan di bawah guest house banyak untuk pagi-siang.

I understand the room is very cheap, but it still wasn't proper. The sink was strange. It used a make shift pipe out of a washing machine pipe to drain out into the bathroom floor. Also when you flush the toilet the water for flushing leaked out from the side. Even if its cheap please for the owners. Do better maintenance because we paid to you!

Saya pesan yang twin bed dikasihnya yang single bed, pintu kamar tidak ada kuncinya. Peralatan mandi ga ada, pas kita minta baru dikasih.

Arriving at the accommodation, we ordered 3 rooms, it turned out that only 1 room was ready, so 2 more rooms were made into 1 in the VIP room, but the rooms were not ready at all, just entered the room, the sheets were dirty, the room had a lot of dust & sand, not recommended to bring the family anyway.

It was the first time staying at a guesthouse and then the electricity went out, there was no generator. All night stuffy all night. The water also went off several times, there were guards whose mothers were not friendly, then the bathroom light was so dim that it died. I don't want to stay here anymore.

Strategic location in the middle of the city. Good service. Only bed sheets, pillowcases like dust, not clean. For the parking area, maybe only 1 car is enough, because the yard is full of shacks to sell food.

Very limited space, TV cable was broken, no window latch.

When checking-in, nobody showed up at the reception. I had to ask one food stall owner to help. After waiting for some time, a woman showed and ask me, "what do you want? Who are you looking for?" I mean, what? I've booked your room! What do you think I want? The staff walked me to my room, opened the door, and left without saying anything. There was a so-called "wifi area" but weirdly it also doubles as a praying room. And I was not given any wifi password. The name of the guest house means "Grandma's House", yet it was an unpleasant surprise to find out that it is literally someone's house. To get to my room, I had to walk pass someone's living room (I mean they really live there: eating, watching TV etc) which made me uncomfortable. I don't mind people live in their own property, but at least they should clearly separate their space from the guests, because guest's privacy is one important aspect in hospitality business. I booked the standard double room, and the reality was very different from the pictures. The room was very small, ugly, and the air conditioner doesn't work. I asked the hostel staff about the AC and after some useless attempt to fix, he just shrugged and that's it. No solution. In the afternoon, I was working inside my room and the lights suddenly went off. *rolls eyes* Actually I booked for two nights, but I was so fed up I checked out after 1 day. The only good thing about this property is location.

The guesthouse is good, the place is comfortable. The employees are friendly, very helpful. Thank you, next stay here again. 😎.
