The front view is ordinary but after entering the room it is incredibly comfortable and spacious and the facilities are complete and there is even a prayer mat in the room and a prayer room 🥰 Restaurants all halal food and around it also sell lots of halal and cheap food. Breakfast can also be used for sahur and the menu is complete from fried rice, chicken, omlette, fresh vegetables, cut fruit and juice, tastes really good and is delivered to the room. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. Next to Bali, I want to stay here again. The best. 👍

Makes you lazy to go out, because the rooms are very comfortable, spacious, complete, nice, clean, friendly service, cheap prices because breakfast is included, the food is delicious, it's great. It's a shame the beach club is located separately, but the rooms are really good, seriously, you have to try it if you go to Bali.

The rooms are nice, spacious, clean, prayer rugs have been prepared in the room as well. It's really good if you go to Nusa Dua, you must stay here.

Lost my item to the housekeeping. Informed the hotel after check out but they can't do anything about it. So disappointed.

My friend and I stayed 6 days at the hotel, and on the second day, we were shown a photo of blood on the bed sheet, but only a photo, there was no physical evidence and indeed my friend and I were not injured, we were in Bali working in the g20 event was not for holidays, we asked for physical evidence but they said it had been washed, I thought the problem was solved, but on the last day of our stay, this matter was still being disputed and questioned again, we were annoyed, if there was compensation there should have been an agreement, but this went back and forth just asking again, on our last day, finally left the hotel by leaving a deposit at the hotel because of confusion. When I entered the restaurant, the waitress scolded me angrily and asked who I was, a mistake in the hotel architect, where guests had to pass outside the side of the building to re-enter the lobby.

We understand you had a poor experience during your stay and we regret the same.
Kindly allow us to clarify on this issue.
We always try to help our guest in such cases by trying to clean as soon as possible in the laundry because the longer you leave the marks the hard it takes for the stain to remove. Our team tried to contact but could not reach you . So they decided that they will wash it first instead of waiting till evening. Our team only followed the procedures and surely had no intention of overcharging or disturbing our lovely guests .
Regarding the deposit , during your check out early morning at 3 , we were informed that you were very kind to tip our housekeeping and security who helped you with the baggages and asked them not to return the deposit money but instead use it as a tip. The Deposit was 100000Rp but our charges for pillow cover was 50000Rp only. If the deposit money was not used for tipping our staff then kindly share your bank account details we would refund the balance amount of 50000Rp
All our staff carry a nametag, if you can help to advise the name of the waitress it would help us to check the matter in detail. All our staff are highly trained and experienced however if you had such an experience kindly accept our apology and we will surely check this.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Ambiance is very comfortable. The swimming pool is very clean. Really love.
