The hotel staff are friendly and helpful, okay for upgrading my room, but the cleanliness of the room needs to be checked again, like the stains on the sofa, the spoons for making drinks were dirty.

The view is very beautiful, both around the inn and in the inn itself. For the Lawu type room, it is not soundproof so you can hear sounds from the next room, but you can enjoy the view because the front is all glass.

the location of this hotel is very pleasant because it gets a beautiful mountain view.
the temperature at night is 15-17 degrees. so be prepared to bring socks etc.
the drawback of this hotel is its cleanliness, please make every room with Merapi and Merbabu type windows have a lot of dust.
then because this is a family hotel please make the restaurant a no smoking area. if you want to smoke, just go outside the hotel, there is a smoking area.

The condition of the bed cover is dirty with lots of stains, the board states damage if the guest damages the facilities. While the facilities provided are not as good as those given. There is only one toothbrush & no toothpaste, only one pair of hotel slippers.

Good for glamping, nice weather. and view.

Our stay experience in Merbabu room was very bad in terms of facilities and service, it seems like a scam rating because it says the staff is good and friendly repeatedly. What I felt was different. Here are some things to note:
Room Facilities
- The room is not equipped with adequate ventilation, there is only exhaust without AC. As a result, the room temperature is uncomfortable, especially during the day.
- The private pool in the room leaked, and hot water was not available even though it was informed that it would take 30 minutes to warm up. However, after waiting, the water was still cold.
Comfort and Cleanliness
- When asked to check out early, no umbrella was provided even though the weather conditions were not favorable.
- There is a smoking ban, but the cleaning staff were found smoking in another room (Merapi 5), which should not be done in order to maintain guest comfort.
- Bed linen and towels were not washed properly
- Employees smoked and drank coffee on the way down. It was not right
Food Quality
- The overall taste of the food was less than satisfactory, except for the herbal medicine which tasted quite good.
Room Design
- The room feels less designed with attention to detail. There is no expert touch in the planning or interior design.
Compared to experiences in other accommodations such as Bobo Cabin or Sunset Falls in Kopeng, this place is still far from expectations, especially considering the price of almost 1.3 million per night. The only positive things we appreciated were the beautiful view and ample parking area.

Access to the hotel is not good, the receptionist is friendly and helpful. The bedroom and bathroom area are very damp, wet and dirty, the glass is full of dust as if it has never been cleaned. The shower is broken, the water flows very little, there is only one slipper and amenities. The cleanliness level of this hotel is zero. The view is a little better. The taste of the food is delicious and suits me. Breakfast is a la carte. The price of food at this hotel is very expensive. In the afternoon until morning the temperature reaches 16 degrees, during the day it will be very hot and humid. Btw I stayed at this hotel during the rainy season. I highly do not recommend staying at this hotel whatever the weather. If you still want to try something new, my tip is to bring lots of snacks from outside before you check in if you don't want to spend a lot of money on simple food at 3x the price. Because the location of the hotel is quite far from the settlement. The value of this hotel is 10/100 with the price being quite expensive but providing poor comfort
