Friendly staff, spacious room, variate breakfast menu, magnificent city view in premier room. The only thing you need to take care is your security at B1 in front of lift, they keep busy playing their mobile phone while people come and go, didn't they suppose to check coming guest from B1 lobby? I accidently left my pants and they send it immediately to my address at the same day (4 thumbs up for your hospitality) After all, can't wait for my next staycation in Aston Simatupang.

Perfect place for staycation, always staying at Premier Club Lounge. Working space were great, Wi-Fi pretty much helpful, mini bar were okay. Variety for breakfast and room service worth to try 👍

This hotel has a high-level service and facility. But seems this hotel is intended for people in business trip. However, I and my family were very satisfied staying there. In terms of the service during the pandemic, we also felt protected by the policy of the hotel. Hopefully we can have another opportunity for another staycation with this hotel

It’s our second visit during pandemic time and we are always impressed by the way Aston execute the new normal procedures. We feel safe and comfortable. All staff are helpful and breakfast are amazing. The pool is very well maintained and great. We enjoy our family staycation and will surely coming back.

Comfortable and luxury getaway. Ambiance/Facilities: Comfortable ambiance, not scary or creepy at all, loved the interior of the room! Staff Assistance: The staff was friendly and helpful. One of them even helped us push our twin beds together. Highlights: We were surprised at how modern and lux the design of the room is. Loved it. Price: Worth every penny. Location: Conveniently located near the city center, we could walk everywhere.

for the hotel room is good yes clean, according to expectations.
but the service is a bit lacking, check in is a bit long almost 1 hour, with the reason that many previous guests checked out late. then the next day when swimming in the morning, there was no staff on duty, there were no clean towels available at that time, it seemed late to be taken out. then breakfast looks messy, dirty plates are not immediately picked up, it seems dirty because there are lots of flies, I asked for a baby chair for my child, they said it was full, even though when I went around to look for it myself I didn't see anyone using a baby chair. Some staff also looked unhelpful and unfriendly. but there were also those who were kind and friendly to greet me
all those problems with the reason that there were many guests. I accept this reason if this hotel is 2 stars, even though this hotel is a 4 star that I expected to have received good risk management training. It is very unfortunate because previously at other Aston hotels I had the best experience, but here it is quite disappointing.

It's a very good hotel for staycation, near to the city centre and flexible check out time. They offered me late check out for free for 1 hour. I will recommend to stay in this hotel for a short staycation or family gathering.
