Every time my husband and I go to Batam for business, we often stay at this hotel. The lobby and dining area are big enough for us to talk to our guests. The hotel staff are quite friendly. We were allowed to check in early because my husband uses a cane. The room is clean, the toilet is clean, it is close to the mall and dining areas. The breakfast is not that good.

The pillows all smell really bad, like a musty mushroom smell to the point where I can't sleep. Breakfast has green bread that also smells rancid, my child even limps after I tasted it, it's really not good. The rice is also really hard, gosh, I'll never stay here again

When we arrived, our room had not been cleaned and we had to wait for the housekeeping process. When we left our travel bag with the luggage storage staff, there was no one there so we had to wait again, while the reception staff was too busy just taking care of the guests who wanted to check in without caring about our travel bag.
