Large hotel. Enough parking space. Receptionists were very helpful and accommodating. Short check-in/check-out time, simple process. Room card key needed to operate elevators. Room was comfortable, with refrigerator and hot water available. Sitting toilet with bidet. Air con worked well. There were swimming pool, fitness center, and spa although I didn't use them. Bar near the lobby opens evening to around midnight. Food was superb! Location was very good with a shopping mall right behind the hotel (need to walk outside for a bit to reach the place). Overall very satisfactory.

The furniture in the room is not upgraded, it is still old furniture, there is no mat on the floor, when you get out of the toilet the floor is slippery.

The location near mall, but lack of services,
the cleaning services slow responds eventhough we push cleaning button but when we go outside our room still messy,

Aryaduta has always been remembered. If you want to staycation, Aryaduta Hotel is the choice. But when I stayed yesterday I was not comfortable with the cleanliness. Because I saw a cockroach and its offspring, luckily I managed to catch it, otherwise the offspring would have gotten into the food.

Overall the hotel is good, strategic location, close to mall, LRT station. The service is also good, the staff are friendly especially the security, receptionist and bellboy. From the beginning of arrival until leaving, we were really welcomed and served well here, when we arrived we were immediately greeted warmly, our suitcases and bags were promptly brought and offered a welcome drink, the check-in process was also not long and we immediately got a room (please increase their salariesš¤). I like the swimming pool. The food is also delicious. Palembang specialties are not left behind. Traditional and modern food is also available. The drinks are also complete, even herbal medicine is also available. If you want instant noodles, it is also provided. Just a little suggestion from me. Maybe the room and bathroom can be given air freshener so that the air is fresher.
