My wallet was missing at the hotel (I didn't go outside of hotel at that time). Asked for the help from the receptionist, they indeed helped to check, however to no avail. Could not find my wallet even with the help of CCTV. And they could not find if there is any one who happened to pick it up or not. The next morning, I was about to retrieve my deposit. However, the oldest female receptionist (do not know her name, didn't wear any name tag) said she requires the white receipt. I tried to explain to her that I couldn't give it as my wallet together with all of the stuff inside, completely gone. Before I could even finished my sentence, she cut me and said “It is not my business you lost your wallet.”. What in the world and how could a receptionist said such words. So, if something is happened to the guest inside, it is not their business too? So reckless!
