Chek in terlambat parah sangat mengecewakan.

The place is nice, comfortable clean, complete facilities. It's just a shame that the reception is not clear, the motorbike parking is also one with the mall, so if you bring a motorbike, you have to go to the mall and be far away.

Confusing how to check in. Slow response. There is no wifi. Bad signal. Deposit money has not been returned. The promise after checking out was returned. No recommended.

We ordered a room, it was very complicated, we paid on TF then asked for ID card, asked for a deposit of 200 thousand, I don't know if it has been TF to my account or not, there is no information or notification, it's been a long time since communication has been piecemeal, where to get the room key, what room number? So I waited for hours, and until now I don't know the clarity of the deposit money.

The trash can has lots of rubbish, the TV doesn't know how to turn it on, there's no gas, so you can't cook water or instant noodles.

I really don't really recommend it, arrived in Cibubur at 12 at night because the order was impromptu, it was rejected because it was after check-in time, it should have been closed if it couldn't, so it was charged 30 thousand/hour and had to make a deposit of 200 thousand first , and a very very long 3 day deposit refund, for a nice, neat, clean room, basically good

Agai repot si kudu deposit 200 dan baru balik deposit nya 2x24 jam tapi punya saya belom masuk masuk juga.

Persiapan dan pelayanan dari Staff-nya sangat amat lama. Menunggu sejak jam 12.00 wib dan beres/siap dihuni sekitar jam 17.00 wib. Berharap tidak terulang kembali.

Kamar bersih dan wangi namun petugas tidak kooperatif, saya sudah komunikasi dari h-1 untuk check in besoknya request untuk check in lebih awal jam 12 tp tidak bisa, besoknya jam 11 saya chat lagi tetap tidak bisa katanya jam 2 kamar baru ready, oke saya tunggu sampe jam setengah 2 saya dioper ke 2 orang berbeda yang katanya petugas cleaning dan yang megang kunci ditelpon susahh baru diangkat jam 2 katanya masih dijalan dan kamar belum dibersihkan, emosi dong, oke saya tungguin di tsm sampe jam 4 keknya saya baru bisa masuk kamar, mending yang mau nginep di sini bawelin dari seminggu yang lalu sayang aja padahal kamarnya lumayan bagus tp servicenya kureng.

Kurang kebersihan nya dan fasilitas nya kurang, tidak ada yang bisa digunakan apa yang ada di kamar, dan banyak yang rusk tapi tidak dibenerin.
