Sangat kecewa! Saya pesan 2 kamar standar sesuai aplikasi, pas check in, kamar standar tidak tersedia, saya di suruh upgrade ke kamar di atas standar harus + uang, kamar yang di atas standar benar-benar mengecewakan tidak sesuai foto, kamarnya sempit, per kasur nya patah-patah kena badan, kotor, wc jorok, spreinya kumal, untung bawa sarung buat alas biar ga jijik, tidak dikasih air minum, pagi jam 06.00 AC di matikan selama setengah jam, sangat mengganggu. Seharusny harga kamar kayak gini harus di bawah 100rb. Harga minuman dan makanan di kamar, misal 5rb, pas mau chekout jadi 6rb, semua harga nya berubah. Resepsionis tidak rama. Sangat buruk tidak sesuai aplikasi👎🏾

Going up to the room is like getting on a ship. The stairs are very high. Very narrow place. Move a little bit mentally. There is a bathroom inside, but it's very narrow.
