Good price! Staff was helpful and nice. House keeping clean room everyday. Location is excellent near Mrt YauMaTei, Bus A21 to Airport, so many restaurants around hotel. I will come back!!

Arrivial airport shuttle bus is available to Hotel Ease Mong Kok at HKD110 per person per trip from 10:30am to 23:30pm daily. Reservation must be made 3 days prior the arrival and fully payment will be required when the time of booking. Once booking has been confirmed, no cancellation is allowed and it is a non refundable booking. Each passenger is allowed to carry one piece of luggage on bus for free and there will have charges for each additional piece of luggage. Please approach the meeting point at Arrival Hall A by the side of clock column position for regustration within 2 hours of their flight arrival. This is a great location hotel. Its next to the MTR and 3 mins walk from the bus stop for A21 to the airport. Staff are nice and you can store luggage after check out. Lots of restaurants outside the hotel and 8 mins walk to ladies market.

A no frills hotel that offers basic stuff like clean sheets, soap & shampoo in a tiny room but no drinking water bottles. No room service/no breakfast due to space constraints. Small reception area. Plus point: many eateries in the surrounding. Yau Ma Tei MTR exit B1 or B2 is only 3 mins walking distance to hotel.

The room is extremely small and narrow. Not much space to put any luggages. There is no fridge in the room, no free coffee or tea packages, just 2 bottles of water. The reception office is very small and dark. Surprisingly packed with a lot of customers. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nearby streets there are lots of restaurants, bakeries, shops and malls. Also there is a subway station nearby.

The service is swift and nice. Staff and cleaners are polite and helpful.
Only once or twice drinking bottles and tea brush were forgot to be replaced. However, problem were fixed up quickly with no delay.

The hotel was fine overall. It was a bit tight as is expected in HK hotels. We had the 3 bed room and only had 2 carry on luggage between the 3 of us. It was still a struggle to find a place to put the suitcase to open it. The room had areas that smelled like a wet rag. If we didn't have the AC on the whole time, the smell became a bit much.
The area was great and due to the protests, a lot of shops were closed. Ordinarily, this would have been a more vibrant area instead of shuttered store fronts.

Traveling from Canada made a mistake on the dates of booking and accidentally booked it for present day in HK , spoke to the staff and tried to get reimbursed no luck and said we kept a room for you so they can’t refund . I know I made a mistake but didn’t even stay the day or night at the hotel . Clean but small 50 sq feet room , for the price you can get a full size hotel room and maybe even in a better area . Experience was fair !

It was quiet and security to each level was perfect. I don’t see people without hotel’s card can Enter the premise . Room was not spacious , in fact, most of hotels in Hong Kong are less space in rooms. The price I paid for is no complaints. Easy to access the major transportation and food around. Bathroom was fit my size about 200 pound guys. Clean and comfortable bedding.
