The staff was very nice and accommodating to my needs! The room was in perfect condition. Met my needs very well. Bathrooms were clean and safe to use!

The place is clean and near restaurants and convenient shops are the only good thing. It's pretty far from the cbd. I'm aware that it's a budget hotel, but the price doesn't really paid off. The room is very small, hardly any space to walk in the room, especially for a group of four. There are no lift and a lot of staircase, up to the reception, further up and down to the room. Which I have trouble with my luggage and as my parents couldn't carry heavy stuff, I have to come back and forth a few times carrying our heavy luggage. Not recommended for family vacation to stay. Especially if you bring a lot of luggage. The hotel is above bars and casino, so I was quite worried about security at night when going out to the restroom. Thankfully nothing happened.
