The air conditioning in the room was broken from day one. I called for a technician, but it broke down again, and it wasn't until the last day of my stay that it was completely fixed, which took up to 2 hours. Imagine enduring three days in a room with a broken AC in Bali's scorching heat. Why wasn't I offered a room change as soon as the AC issue was reported? I was on a long stay, after all. Even after check out, not a single staff member asked about the stay experience. We only can complained here.
