Bad experience, booked the jacuzzi room which is a bit pricey and expect it to be a good experience yet we got dirty room, jacuzzi is dirty, no hot water which whats the point of jacuzzi. Bad breakfast. And the services/staff can only say"oke we are into it"but no action. So annoyed of how bad this hotel is. 3/10 rate.

Nginep di kamar premium contemporary luas bgt, kamar mandi bersih, fasilitas OK netflix berfungsi, bathtub aman ada air panasnya. Staffnya super duper ramah. Hanya untuk ac nya masih model lama jd gerah bgt buat kamar seluas itu.

Dulu kamar & toilet bersih. Tapi sekarang kamar mandi jorok, saluran pembuangan dan closet mampet, resepsionis kurang ramah. Pemilik harus investasi biaya perawatan dan pembersihan kamar/toilet.
