4 4 Rooms with 2 different tickets, for family event. First ticket was for 2 twin rooms, the second ticket was for 2 deluxe rooms. When our group of 8 arrived, the hotel said we only got 2 rooms (the 2 twin rooms) meanwhile, I've paid full for 4 rooms, and we had 2 issued tickets active on the app, and none of them are cancelled. The front desk staff insisted that we only booked for the twin rooms. We even showed the itinerary tickets and payment receipts to the staff, with the amount of money we've paid and everything. They had no record of the deluxe rooms booking, how is that unprofessionalism possible? After the heated arguments, we got all the 4 rooms in the end, but their bad booking record system and the staff's bad attitude gave us really unpleasant experience.
