Hotels near SMA Hang Tuah 1

Sejauh ini pernah di neo beberapa kali cukup bagus, tdk ada yg mengecewakan.

Roomnya enak roomnya luas. Fasilitasnya lengkap.

4 4 Rooms with 2 different tickets, for family event. First ticket was for 2 twin rooms, the second ticket was for 2 deluxe rooms. When our group of 8 arrived, the hotel said we only got 2 rooms (the 2 twin rooms) meanwhile, I've paid full for 4 rooms, and we had 2 issued tickets active on the app, and none of them are cancelled. The front desk staff insisted that we only booked for the twin rooms. We even showed the itinerary tickets and payment receipts to the staff, with the amount of money we've paid and everything. They had no record of the deluxe rooms booking, how is that unprofessionalism possible? After the heated arguments, we got all the 4 rooms in the end, but their bad booking record system and the staff's bad attitude gave us really unpleasant experience.

Room is dirty, bed and sofa is dusty.

I try to called PIC many times but no answer. I try to texted but no reply. Really bad service

- The AC in the room is not cold, - The breakfast menu options are not too varied (standard) - the rest is okay. Just for input to make it even better 👍🏻🙏.

Complicated, there is no receptionist, when checking in, the key was confused, which took a long time to give. The apartment is decent but Travelio's response takes a long time. Bebe, it's uncomfortable when the deposit takes a long time to get a refund.
