A living room with city views, a minibar with mini fridge, a toilet, a master bedroom, a large bathroom with separated closet and shower room completed with bathtub. Many power sockets, functional lamps, 2 TV, functional towels, completed with bolsters, a bath salt, 2 pairs of comfy sandals, 4pcs tea and coffee compliments, a weight measure, a hairdryer, locker, and bath clothes also. always like to the pay attentions for details and decorated towels also on the bed. Nice pools views and breakfast rooms also. Recommended to come back again to stays here💖

One of the best new hotel. The staff was very friendly and amazingly some of them asked my name and everytime I met them they called me with my name. It was a great effort. The food taste was standard for 5 star hotel (I tried in room dining and makan kitchen) but the portion was so great. This is the first time I ate in room dining in hotel and really full. The breakfast is really complete most of everything was there except smoked salmon (but its okay it just my preference). The room was spacious. I was not stay at suite but the room was spacious. The amanities was great, but it supose to have pairs of everything since my booking is for 2 pax. But I only have one and need to request (but they just came right away). Location was great. At the city center. Near with local street food and mall. Definitely will come back again.

I had the pleasure of staying at Four Points Hotel in Pakuwon, Surabaya, two weeks ago, and I can confidently say that it was an experience worth cherishing. Located in the prime area of Pakuwon, the hotel's convenient location was just the beginning of an exceptional stay. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by an atmosphere of sophistication and warmth. The staff at Four Points Hotel are exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest from the get-go. The highlight of my stay undoubtedly revolved around the dining experience at Djaman Doeloe Reesto & Bar. This in-house restaurant not only offered an inclusive breakfast and dinner option but also treated me to an array of culinary delights that left me speechless. The variety of dishes catered to every palate, ensuring that there was something for everyone. The fusion of traditional Indonesian flavors with modern twists was a treat for my taste buds. Chef Hidayat's culinary prowess shone through in every dish. The attention to detail, presentation, and use of fresh ingredients were evident in every bite. The standout flavors and innovative menu choices truly set Djaman Doeloe Reesto & Bar apart as a culinary gem within the hotel. Grand Dafam Signature Surabaya is located at kayoon street, near Submarine monument, delta plaza, hokky supermarket, and the best branch of warung bu kris. In my opinion, it has a 5-star interior class because the design really looks luxurious. Upon entering the hotel, we first dropped our luggage at the drop-off and then proceeded to the parking lot. The parking lot actually can accommodate a lot of cars, it's just that that day was full because there was an event. The check-in process was no problem and fast, given 2 room keys. The lobby interior is very charming with a touch of dark, grey and gold colour combinations. The building materials used are also quite expensive. We used the elevator to get to our room. The corridor is too dark so the interior is not highlighted. I hope they can add some downlight lighting. Entering the room, it turns out that the key has been given in the key tag so the room is already cold and very comfortable. The rooms are quite spacious, the interior is dominant in wood and grey colours and the facilities are quite complete. The honeymoon set request was granted, and given an elephant art towel and a strawberry cake slice (thank you Grand Dafam). The room is quite clean, unfortunately, there is one spot on our bedside table where dry watermarks have not been cleaned. Mattress size is 2x2 meters with a bed runner, 2 pillows, 2 bolsters and 2 decorative pillows. The mattress was in excellent condition and very comfortable to use so we could rest well. The floor uses granite tiles but the mattress area is equipped with carpet so that when you get out of bed your feet stay warm. Rooms are equipped with armchairs, comfortable chairs and work desks Minibar, TV with HDMI port, SDB, alarm clock, slipper, laundry bag, and a luggage rack. Complimentary 2 bottles of drinking water, tea sachets and coffee are also provided. The bathroom is not too spacious but has a travertine colour with good ambience lighting. The shower is only a hand shower without a rain shower. There is a see-through glass in the room but it is equipped with a roller blind for cover. The amenities of Budi Jaya's production and the packaging are very elegant in black and gold. Other facilities include a semi-indoor semi-outdoor swimming pool of sufficient size, a very minimalist kids club, a podium with synthetic grass, a gym with complete equipment with a life fitness brand but locked, and a restaurant that is quite spacious with a luxury interior. What's even more surprising is that the emergency stairs are painted with a peacock motif. Breakfast is served as a buffet with service hours from 06.00 to 10. It's not difficult to get a seat because the restaurant has a lot of seating. In my opinion, the food variants are complete even for 5 stars and the taste is very suitable for my tongue, especially the Asian food. The types of food include Fresh juice and healthy drink, chilled juice and infused water, coffee and tea, slice fruit, salad bar, buffet line (fried rice with sausage, fried vermicelli, stir-fried long beans, green chilli chicken, fish with sambal match, various chilli sauces, various crackers, Indomie, sausage and egg corner, porridge, western food (potatoes, tomatoes, beans), yellow rice, gluten chicken soup, bakery pastry, French toast, ice cream, cookies, cereal, Madura porridge, pudding.

I booked a 5-night stay because the listing mentioned there was a bathtub, which was one of the main reasons I chose this place. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I found out there was no bathtub at all. This was quite disappointing and felt misleading. Please update the listing to reflect the actual facilities so future guests won’t be misled.
