The first things to look when we book a hotel is the comfort and cleanliness. This hotel fit all the criteria. The awesome part is the hospitality. From the bell boy, front counter, the house keeping, everything is tiptop and perfect. We really feel appreciate and all the effort that the staffs take to make us feel like home we really appreciate it. The breakfast foods are delicious worth the price. Thank you. Their sympathy towards the eldest and concern really deserve to be rated as 6 stars hotel. My parent have an awesome anniversary celebration here. Thanks Miss Ria, the housekeeping boy, the manager on duty and all the staffs here. We really love you guys to the bit! and plz pick-up your phone next time and tq too for the complimentary gifts. At the checked in, they said buffet breakfast included. And the next morning, I have to pay extra for a buffet breakfast.

Although the hotel is quite old, the facilities and rooms are very good and comfortable. The view from the balcony is also very beautiful. Will definitely come back here next time.

This hotel need to upgrade item inside the room ie one mini fridge at least in the room. Should put AC inside the room as well because sometimes weather in Cameron is sunny during day time. Otherwise this hotel location is strategic, near to Nova Centrum and tue location attached to the mall building as well. Should be upgrade if can have room service as well, thank you.

Pros. Room was clean. Price was affordable. Location was just good. Food is okay. Cons. Parking is a hassle and need to pay via coupon. No fan or air conditioner. The blanket was not warm at all, it was very thin. Toilet heater not so hot.

Room and toilet was not clean. Bed was dusty and affected my skin, it started becoming red. Toilet was dirty. No shower gel provided. It made us feel uncomfortable staying there. The basics for a hotel is for it to at least be clean, but even this was not achieved.

Room is small and dirty, bathroom is huge but shower water not hot despite to the max. Towel not clean lucky brought my own. Mattress also not clean. Very very noise at night. But if don't mind all these just for seek of the location is really nearer to all sight and able to walk over also.

We had a pleasant 2 nites stay at De'La Ferns. Strategic locations in between Tanah Rata & Brinchang. Near to famous attractions. Wide selection of breakfast & very friendly staffs. Will definitely come back again here for our next trip to CH. Thank you.
