Awesome hotel to staycation, friendly staff, complete room facilities and comfortable room atmosphere. The food is delicious and the portions are big. This place has given the most amazing vacation for my family. I supposed to stay for more nights but I got only one night. We'll come again someday.

I like staying here because I feels comfortable with the Deluxe sized room and hope the deluxe will have bathtub in the bathroom soon overall I like here.

Short gateaway from Surabaya. Room was super clean. They provide healthy environment that support healthy protocol to avoiding Covid. Food was awesome, various and delicious. Hotel area also Connected to Shopping Centre named Gressmall. Will be back again someday.

Very nice resort near Ijen. The late checkout at 12 allows visiting Ijen in the night / early morning, be back for breakfast, and even take a few hours of sleep. The big swimming pool was a plus, very nice to recover from the very warm temperature.

Fall in love with this resort. Large and comfy room, nice view, feeling so peace. The food were great, even they only had less various kind of food. This resort can be another option when you want to spend your weekend without get in traffic jam.

What a delightful stay! And surely will come back again. The view is authentic yet fresh and calm. The room is huge, with a superb high-quality interior. But. I found the towel was slightly dirty, though I bring my own so it's not a problem. The food is delicious. No boring standard like everyday breakfasts. Everything is on point and tasty. I taste everything from nasi goreng, mie goreng, stir fried veggies, the hash brown is perfect (crispy outside so tender on the inside), and even the sausage is good. Coffee is not bad, but it could do better. And the hygiene could be improved better, I saw the fruit station is not covered properly. Overall. The staff is friendly enough, I like the guy from the front office who advised me to upgrade from superior to deluxe. I forget his name, but he's very friendly and helpful also. The room service is fast. Took only 3 minutes after I hang up my phone, and the mineral water I requested arrived. 👍.

Clean, tidy, comfort and natural

Very suitable private place to celebrate our second honeymoon. The view of the mangrove forest and the beach so beautiful. The bungalow are very cozy, comfort, clean, and of course romantic. The staff are very friendly. I really like the taste of the food in the restaurant so yummy. The choices of the breakfast also very good, vary kind of Indonesian food and western food. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful resort, with an amazing mountain view then this is the right place. This is also a perfect location for Work From Home. However, the TV 's signal was very poor but don't worry, the wifi is very strong in every area. Since the location is secluded and far from city centre, please make sure you bring some snacks and necessary needs before check-in. Thank you Ijen Resort.
