This is the hotel that makes you feel you are staying at 5* hotel instead. The service is amazing, the food also very good, and all the staffs are very attentive to our needs. The facilities I think quite excellent for the price that they offered. The room is also spacious and very clean. Free minibar everyday is an added bonus. All in, I think I am happy with the service. Very near to toll road. Suitable for transit when on road trip with surabaya as transit city. fast check in service and fast check out. Below have coffee shop and fast food, quite convenient.

The room was good enough, it just a little bit noisy when you get the top floor. However, the breakfast serves very well, tasty with many variant menu that you can choose.

It was a great experience for staying in there has been two days. And value for money

The second time I stayed at Batiqa. The first one is for business and this time for exploring Surabaya. Overall so great! The staff at the lobby was very helpful in handling my problem with the room key. And of course, the food at the rooftop is awesome! Especially the Nasi Goreng Batiqa 🔥 Very recommended! Shoutout to staff Kak Rizky from FnB department, very helpful and so nice at the same time.

Nice room and nice ambience with very affordable price, all of their staffs are so friendly. Two thumbs up for Cleo hotel.

The hotel is great for a short escape. The location is very strategic, the room is wide and clean, the service is excellent! They gave me a non-smoking room as I requested and I am so grateful for that. And what great next is that they gave guests a reusable and refilled water bottle and glasses so that no plastic wasted. Go Green!
