There are things to note: 1. The AC sound is too loud, maybe the AC already needs to be replaced. 2. Water in the bathroom is not heavy enough. 3. Air circulation in the living room is not optimal.

The family suite in 2 double beds turns out to be only 1 double bed. even though for 4 guests. So only two people who could sleep on the other bed slept on the sofa. Many toilets were functioning. Please fix it for the friendly staff, except for the girl with long hair ponytail. From the beginning it was not polite and friendly. even check-out. please advise.

2 nights stay dead water, until I have to look for the toilet in the lobby and it turns out the water is dead too, the door is broken, the bathroom door is broken. Noisy until late until you can't sleep.

I apologize. I stayed at the hotel as a Larboratorium for high school students majoring in hospitality. Of course I don't want to blame students because their status is still green and studying. But what I regret here is the lack of management. For example water does not flow perfectly, rooms are not clean, electrical installation is a mess.
