This hotel was very good in applying the new health protocols. Our breakfast was delivered to room, all staffs were disciplines in wearing mask, there were plentiful hand sanitizers everywhere. The room and all common space were clean. The location besides shopping mall was very convenience for guest to stroll around and find restaurants. Downstairs there was also a small minimarket. in weekend, the government closed one street lane for people to walk/jog/cycle. so its perfect, especially for the price. I love it and will definitely coming back in the future. keep up the good work.

The worst hotel room I've been reserved. The room is smell like hell. The bed sheet is yellowish like never wash. When you are standing at the car park you will smell human feces. Only a few minutes after check-in I'm immediately check out.

This is a great place for relaxing, ambience is good, staff are very helpful, next trip to bintaro will come back again. Close by grocery store and owner are the same. Good job 👍.

The water heater didn't work, the last day I was gonna check out … thought that I could've wait until 2 PM but it did noteven though the night before one of them told me that I could check out until 2 PM. And that was rude!

Stay 1 malam karna mendadak, cari yg dekat sekitaran posisi saat itu. Tempatnya strategis. Gak expect dapat room yg bersih, lengkap, dari bedsheet sampai kamar mandi. Akses kunci dan balikinnya jg gak ribet. Ketika pesan, lgsg dihubungi dengan yg bersangkutan. Totally worth it!
