Kamar bersih, hari pertama agak kurang dingin AC nya, hari kedua pindah kamar dan di-upgrade kamar nya. Happy banget. Terima kasih Nemuru. Jika ada request atau komplain apapun bisa via WA, responnya sangat cepat dan tanggap. Nyaman banget pokoknya. Sedikit saran: saya menginap 2 hari, dan hanya diberikan 1 voucher parkir, ternyata ketika checkout ga bisa keluar, dan harus putar balik minta voucher 1 lagi. Saran aja, jika menginap lebih dari 1 hari, voucher parkirnya diberikan semua langsung ketika check in. Pas keluar ga bulak balik minta voucher parkir.

Ac nya bisa lebih diperhatikan lagi ya untuk di maintenance, kelengkapan aminities nya juga, tekonya gaada btw padahal udh lengkap kopi gula dengan tea nya. So far good sih 🤩.
