When I checked in the receptionist gave my the room and I found out that the air conditioner is not. Working properly. So that my room is very hot. I call th e receptionist from my room to fixed the air conditioner. And is it very long time to fixed it.

Lift nya ngantri parah, mau naik susah, turun susah, hari terakhir turun sendiri naik tangga dari lantai 17 ke lantai 5. Lainnya oke kok cuma liftnya parah.

Staff resepsionis mbaknya ramah, sangat membantu. Minta bantuan untuk pinjam hairdryer juga dtgnya cepat. Makanan rasanya enak, variasi terbatas. Akses hotel dekat ke istiqlal, monas, kota tua, dan stasiun gambir.
