Pengalaman sangat tidak menyenangkan datang dari receptionist wanita yang saya kira usianya sudah cukup matang ya, tapi ybs 2x selalu mengacuhkan keluhan saya dan selalu tidak ramah dalam menjawab segala pertanyaan saya terkait kondisi kamar, dan saya jg bertemu 1 lg petugas ketika breakfast cara bicaranya seperti preman dan membuat suasana sarapan jadi tidak excited lagi, mana menunya hari pertama hanya nasi dan soto. Sangat disayangkan ya, semoga ownernya bisa langsung cek dengan apa yang dilakukan staffnya. Bisa kontak saya kapan saja jika ingin mendengar apa yang terjadi selama saya menginap dengan jelas tanpa saya kurangi dan lebih-lebihkan. Very bad experience. Thanks!
