Hotel bintang lima rasa hotel bintang 2, TV masih TV zaman Aceh masih konflik, seprei dan selimut bekas darah pecah perawan, ada lalat di dalam kamar hotel, plus kalau mandi air ngalirnya lambat bikin banjir, makanan juga terlalu biasa untuk sekelas bintang 5. Ini pertama dan terakhir saya nginap disini. Mengecewakan

Hotel staff is very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and nice. Breakfast didn't have enough vegetarian choices. My request for a room on a higher floor was not followed. Nevertheless, I had a nice stay at that hotel and can recommend it.

Compared to other hotels in the vicinity, this one is quite overpriced. I got a very very simple room with an even simpler bathroom, which was not clean, and the breakfast was warm water with a little portion"Nasi Aceh Kas". Staff is friendly but prefers to play and talk instead of cleaning rooms/bathrooms and prepare breakfast.

Clean, neat, available drinking water, toilet paper, close to the city center, basically da best. Very memorable. Excellent service. If you come to Banda Aceh again, you will stay here again.

Tgl 11 April 2024 kami pesan 3 kamar di wisma ini. Sampai di lokasi, tidak ada 1 org pun customer service yg standby. Bahkan setelah ditunggu selama beberapa waktu dan ditelepon berkali-kali tidak ada respon. Kondisi kamar sudah full terisi (menurut info dari pengunjung yang menginap di situ) sejak jam 4 sore padahal kami melakukan booking/pembayaran di jam 10 malam. Pelayanan yang amat sangat mengecewakan. Menurut saya bisnis ini adalah scam/penipuan. Tidak ada pihak wisma ini yang bertanggungjawab. Hati-hati kepada calon pelanggan.
