The room is clean and spacious. The staff are very supporting and humble. I had a problem with my booking earlier on but with the help from Traveloka + the front officers, Mr. Aldo & Me. Gerry that problem is solved satisfactory. My 3 days stays at this place is really enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The staff wa friendly, the amenities were great also. However, we stayed in the Grand Deluxe King, it would be great if the bathroom shower had a door so the water won't go everywhere while we shower. Overall, we still had a relaxing stay.

Bad wifi experience, channel TV di kamar 210 mati dan petugas tidak kunjung datang. Ketika check out KTP lupa diberikan kembali ke saya, bahkan 5-6 jam kemudian saya yang harus followup ke hotel untuk pengecekan KTP. Seharusnya dilakukan kontrol dan checklist terkait ini.
