Luxury Hotels in Kembangan, West Jakarta

Kamar nyaman dan bersih, tapi tidak diberikan bantal guling, dan kalau bisa ada sofa karena di kamar ada ruang kosong cukup besar yang seharusnya bisa dimanfaatkan.

The accommodation location is good, but they really need to upgrade there services, room was completely empty of the appliances needed in the kitchen apartment, and worse, there was not even trash basket in the room. I think yall could do better and hope yall do better.

All of staff was friendly and accomodating. I really recommed this hotel for everyone.

Room dirty, mirror dirty, Aircon very weak, no hot water.

Didn't expect too much from this hotel, but overall it was good to consider the price.

The room smells not good, the bathroom really disappointed, uncomfortable experience with deposit box charge Rp.200.000,- really?? For this room!!!Not recommended, tv was useless cause we can’t see any program, the water in the bathroom is brown
