PLAYT, the well-loved buffet restaurant of The Park Lane Hong Kong, proudly presents “Meat Lovers” Father’s Day Buffet from 7 to 30 June 2024 to celebrate fatherhood, family and love on the special occasion. 

In addition to the existing myriad of seafood starters such as fresh oysters, the restaurant serves the freshly made Pan-fried French Duck Foie Gras with Port Wine Sauce to excite the taste buds. Diners can feel the duck liver melting in the mouth and savour its rich creaminess complemented by the subtle sweetness of the magical sauce. 

The carving station transforms into a paradise for carnivores with the tender Sous Vide US Angus Beef OP Ribs and the juicy Slow-roasted Spanish Suckling Pig. On the two days of the Father’s Day weekend (15-16 June), the cuts will even be upgraded to Sous Vide US Tomahawk Steak, which boasts generous marbling to deliver succulent, satisfying bites, and Horseradish-crusted Rack of Lamb with Rosemary Jus, paired with fragrant seasoning for a one-of-a-kind flavour. 

The other hot dishes from international cuisines are delightful surprises too, including Traditional Red Wine Braised Oxtail, Roasted Lamb Spare Ribs with Xinjiang Cumin and Seasoning, Guinness Braised Beef Short Ribs and Korean-style Barbeque Baby Back Ribs, as well as the additional Double-boiled Pork Spare Ribs Soup with American Ginseng, Dried Sea Coconut and Sliced Whelk for the weekend. 

To bring the celebration to a perfect end, PLAYT spoils guests with a splendid variety of sweet delicacies.
