Villas in Johor Bahru

I frequently visit JB, like twice a month, and KSL is my choice hotel to stay for the weekend! Fast check-in and great rooms. However, recently one elevator at tower two is down, throughout my stay. When checking out between 11am to 12:30pm, it ' s madness! The elevators were unable to accommodate to the sheer number of guests going down. The elevator system is not smart too, when full, it still stops at every level, causing a lot of time wastage for everyone. Longer waiting time for guests to get to level 1. This is not the first time, they should look into the elevator system and upgrade.

The bed sheets or the blanket was dirty, my skin itchy until today.

Lobby is OK but when exit from lift to our rooms, it have some kind of mouldy smell. Once we went into our room. There are aso mould smell bed sheet have stain when blanket remove. The worse is one of our room the towels are so smelly … don't dare to shower for the next day before check out. V bad experience. Will not choose there again and price not so worth to stay. More better option for this kind of pricing.

Convenience to place I want to go

The washbasin doesn't drain, wifi not stable.

It's damn bad. Everything is old and in bad condition. Toilet stinks. Bathtub is rusty. The water heater is not working properly. Aircon not cold. I was in room 1233. Swimming pool is dirty. Breakfast selection is limited and horrible. Seriously the worst hotel i've been in. Do not come to this place. Citrus hotel which is just across and cheaper is much much much better.

I always stay here. It's clean and comfortable. Comes with free breakfast. The only setback is their towel. There is a smell on the towel. Some towel already torn.

Fine is fine. Clean and practical. Strong WIFI. No restaurant or roomservice though of any kind. Suitable when alone or a short stay as it lacks any and all atmosphere. Friendly staff.
