Need more professional services from the hotel management especially to handle complaint. No room service, towel are cleaners & odorless.

The best hotel choice in Solok city. The location is strategic. The condition of the rooms is so-so, quite comfortable, but needs to be renovated. The bathroom floor is slippery, dangerous for elderly people.

The room is dusty. There is no sound proofing in the building. The noise from outside the room is quite loud especially our room is in the receptionist area and next to the stair.

I think this new hotel in Solok gives good satisfaction. But far from expectations. I hope in the future they can fix it soon.

The room was clean but the AC wasn't cold enough and breakfast was a little late and everything was sold out 😂.

The water is small, the yard is not clean, the closet does not have a flusher, when the room comes dusty.

Friendly receptionist, clean and comfortable rooms, overall everything is good, if from 1-10 the score is 80. That's great. Those who are traveling to Solok and those who want to look for suitable accommodation at an affordable price.
