Villa in Penjaringan

The room is good. But the AC must be relocated since its facing directly into the guest which can cause sickness and less comfort for guests.

Tempat mandi di wcnya sumbat. Udah diingatin. Tapi ngak diperbaiki. Dan sarung bantal nya bau. Sebelum2nya ngak pernah ada masalah.

Very nice hotel. Stratregic location and very recommendedhotel ❤.

Berisik. Suara apapun di kamar tetangga kedengaran pas malam dan tengah malam! Cleaning service buka tutup pintu kamarpun berisik sewaktu mereka membersihkan kamar hotel.

Good location, clean & nice room, easy to find parking lots, friendly staff & receptionist.

Room is so dirty, spring bed is not clean too dusty. Receptionist not too friendly. Overall 5/10, but location is strategic.

It was perfect for a couple or a family staycation. Room was up to date, and service was beyond words. Staff was kind and indeed very accommodating. This will definitely be our go to hotel whenever in Bandung. Thank you Swissbell.
