Apartment in Desaru

Stay was good there, they need to to upgrade the room conditions.

Staff is nice & friendly. Room also good just that has unpleasant smell when arrive might be empty for some times but it goes away after a day. So far is good & the kids love it!

The hotel location, room and facility are average, better than Lotus. However, we were bitten by bedbugs badly. My husband 's upper body front and bad full of bites. Whole body very itchy! Seem like we bring bedbugs back to our home as well.

Always a pleasure to stay in this hotel. I absolutely love how child and family-friendly this place is. Good and huge room for children to run around and the live band is good for adults who want to have some time drinking and enjoying the music.

They want to charge RM53 per/pax to entry the beach seem it 's not worth. Not recommend for family trip.

We had a wonderful time at Anantara Resort. Thanks for everything, from front of house to F&B, housekeeping. Everything was splendid! Definitely will return for the next retreat.

The service is super slow and the food isn't good either
