Apartment in Gading Serpong

Sebenarnya hotel nya besar ya, tapi entah kenapa staff nya terasa minimalis sekali, apalagi di restaurant nya, kami menginap di long weekend dan hotel yg full tapi staff nya kurang sigap apalagi saat sarapan, banyak makanan yg terlambat refill, sandal hotel di kamar yg harus di minta, handuk kolam renang yg juga terlambat datang dr loundry, kami bayar extra sarapan 135rb hanya untuk antre di stand omelet dan berakhir habis hha.

Water water heater is broken.

Untuk staycation OK, tp utk meja nya kurang besar. Tidak bisa utk kerja.

The hotel is in good location, opposite to Summarecon Mall Serpong. The room is clean, the staffs are very helpful. 👍.

Well unfortunately the room itself wasn't quite comfortable, TV was on and off, bed and its duvet made me itchy, bathroom is small because of the shape and dirty, hair dryer just able to be used for the first 1 minute and overheat, AC controller is not useful. What was good on my stay just I was allowed to have late check out at the maximum because I still had a meeting. Location also good.

Big rooms, nice foods and great location near shopping centre SMS.

Very not recommended hotel to stay.

Very noisy at night due to passing container trucks/big trucks at the main road. The room window does a very poor job at keeping this noise from coming inside the room. Terrible experience.

Superb! Suka sekali dsni, staffnya ramah, super helpful. Minta late check out juga gampang sekali. Will definitely balik lg! Thank youu.
