The staff are friendly and accomodating. Very convienent to MRT and bus station.

The Room is so old, less maintenance, found cocroach and the bed was uncomfortable, We check out earlier, paid for 3 nites for 3 rooms and just stayed for 1 nite and move to another hotel.

The location is amazing. Shopping, food and, museums are right around the corner. The hotel is very near to the train stations and bus stops too, with a direct bus to Changi Airport, or a quick train ride there. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The room is cosy, although not very soundproof. I can hear people going in and out of their rooms. Toilet rolls would be more convenient than single-piece toilet paper. If there is a bidet, it would be perfect.

The room is very dark when the lights are off. The room should change to a bright color.

The staff is very accommodating, the place is very accessible where you can buy food ride a bus and also near in attraction like Haji lane, Arab street and Bugis. Slightly near in MRT station, just a 10 minutes walk going station. This is the best hostel to stay.

It is strategic but expensive. They didn't serve breakfast, because they don't have a restaurant, surprised. And the classic room is so tiny.

The bathroom is the best part; Good lighting, bright tiles, lots of space above the sink for placing skincare & makeup. The bedroom isn't the best; The grey interior makes it really cold and dark, the sheets aren't the cleanest, neither are the floors. Not much space to move around. Good enough for 2 nights but I think any longer would feel quite suffocating. Additionally, the soundproofing is completely absent. You can hear literally everything that is happening on that floor, from elevators to hairdryers to toilet flushes. But surprisingly, no sound from outside the windows. The price is a bit steep for what you're getting, room-wise. On the plus side, location is top tier. MRT stations and bus stops abound. Great food spots in the vicinity. The service is great too.

Amazing concierge and staff member very helpful. Room extremely clean and breakfast add value to the booking.
