Hotels near Central Mall Biñan

Very good service, attentive and helpful staff. They transferred my guest to other room while waiting for his flight at no extra charge (almost halfday).

Will never going back! arrived at the property to find out that they have over booking so we ended up cancelling our 2 rooms out of the 9 rooms that I booked. Rooms are super small. It can only fit midget. No ventilation. No Windows. Bed fits from wall to wall. Even our luggages won't fit in the room. Motel is even way more better that this. Not value for what I paid for. And Photos in the site are deceiving. Water is too slow, so you can't even use the heater or else you'll get burned.

The staff who accommodate us through check in is very impatient and rude. We got low batt when we're about to check in that ' s why we couldn't give the booking number right away. The room doesn't have prepared bath towels. No trash bins or door mat. That ' s why from the bathroom after showering the floor in the bedroom will get wet. We asked for trash bins and they just hand us big black garbage bag. The room is old and the bathroom has a foul odor. We wanted to complain but we are so busy, we booked the room because we are attending a wedding nearby. We just spend the night to rest before going back home. All we thought was we can have a decent sleep but we didn't. There are also lots of mosquitoes in the room. Didn't get a chance to take photos because we were in a rush everytime. All in all. This stay is a waste of money.

Bad customer service, I wouldn't recommend it to anybody. Its so expensive and its missing a lot of things like refrigerator, no bathroom stuff, doesn't even have rug. Can slip aroubd the bathroom tiles. No where to put food.
